Medical City Dallas is seeking a Registered Nurse for a seasonal assignment from Sept 20, 2026 to Apr 3, 2027. The role pays $62/hour with a commitment to a minimum of 72 hours per pay period during the seasonal window.

Expect floating within a close geography and four weekend shifts every 4 weeks, plus two holiday shifts during the 32-week period. The RN coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with providers and a multidisciplinary team, following

Qualifications

• ACLS within 30 days of start date
• BLS within 30 days of start date
• (RN) Registered Nurse
• Associate Degree required
• 1+ year ICU experience preferred

Responsabilités

• Performs procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s).
• Documents the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
• Teaches patients/families/caregivers about medical condition, status, treatment plan, medications and possible side effects, and follow-up measures.
• Translates complex medical terminology for patient understanding.
• Assists in disease prevention, lifestyle guidance, and future self-management planning.
• Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate and deliver a holistic treatment plan.
