Medical City Dallas is seeking a Surgical ICU Registered Nurse for a seasonal, PRN role. The position runs from September 20, 2026 to April 3, 2027, with a pay rate of $62/hour. Seasonal RNs must work a minimum of 72 hours per pay period and may float to nearby facilities as needed.

Four weekend shifts per 4-week cycle and two holidays are required. The RN will coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered critical care in collaboration with physicians and the care team.

Qualificações

• ACLS and BCLS certifications required within 30 days of employment start date.
• RN license/registration active and in good standing.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year ICU experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered ICU care.
• Perform procedures and document care in patient records.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment plans, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize care and outcomes.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practices.
