Medical City Dallas is seeking a PRN Surgical ICU Registered Nurse for a seasonal assignment. The program runs from September 20, 2026 to April 3, 2027, with a pay rate of $62/hour. Seasonal RNs must work a minimum of 72 hours per pay period and may float to nearby facilities as needed.

Requires ICU experience and an ADN or equivalent, with RN licensure. Four weekend shifts every four weeks and two holiday shifts during the 32-week period are required.

Qualificações

• 1+ year of ICU experience required.
• ACLS and BCLS certifications within 30 days of start date.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered ICU care.
• Teach patients and families about condition, plan, medications, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Adhere to nursing models and document care in the medical record.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and policy-driven practices.
