Job summary

Flexible hours with on-call nights, weekends and holidays required. Knowledge of regulatory standards (JCAHO, OSHA, AHCA, CMS) is essential to ensure adherence to hospital policies and patient safety.

Qualifications

• HS education; college preferred; Surgical Tech or above.
• Minimum 3 years of OR experience.
• Certified Surgical Technology First Assistant and BLS.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care during the perioperative phase.
• Assist surgeon and scrub technician duties to support the operation.
• Work flexible hours and be on call nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (JCAHO, OSHA, AHCA, CMS).
