Qualifications

• NBSTSA Surgical First Assistant certification is required.
• Two years of CSFA experience preferred in multiple specialties.
• General familiarity with anatomy and surgical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons by arranging and handing tools during procedures.
• Hold incisions open as directed and assist with dressing wounds.
• Support the surgical team to maintain sterile technique and workflow.
