Qualifications

• NBSTSA Surgical First Assistant Certification is required.
• Two years of CSFA experience in multiple specialties is preferred.
• Completion of a Surgical Technician Program is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons by arranging and handing over tools, holding incisions, and dressing wounds.
• Support operative flow and ensure instrument readiness during procedures.
