Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Completion of a Surgical Technician Program is required.
• NBSTSA Surgical First Assistant Certification is required.
• Two years of SFA experience in multiple specialties preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons by handing tools and arranging instruments.
• Hold and assist with incisions and wound dressing during procedures.
• Support the surgical team to maintain a clean, safe operating environment.
