Job summary

Ascension is seeking a Radiation Therapy professional for the Saint Thomas Radiation Clinic Midtown and West in Nashville, TN. The role supports the Radiation Oncology department with patient preparation, treatment delivery, and meticulous record-keeping, on a Days/PRN schedule.

Required credentials include BLS within 30 days, ARRT Radiation Therapy, Cardiographic Tech (CCI), and ARDMS sonography, with appropriate education and experience. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider within 30 days of hire.
• Cardiographic Tech credential (CCI) before hire.
• ARRT Radiologic Technologist – Radiation Therapy credential before hire.
• ARDMS Sonography credential before hire.
• Education: HS diploma/equivalent; or associate/technical degree; or 4 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients with correct parameters accurately.
• Deliver treatment plan in collaboration with physician and dosimetrist.
• Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Keep department clean, safe, and orderly (rooms, storage, dressing areas).
