Cynet Health in Portland, OR seeks a Surgical First Assistant (CSFA) for a 13-week, day-shift assignment. You will assist the primary surgeon during procedures, prep the operating room, and ensure patient safety throughout the case.

Must have CSFA license and CPR/BLS certification; High School diploma with Associates preferred. 4x10-hour shifts with Thursdays off; teamwork and attention to detail are essential.

Formación

• CSFA license required
• CPR or BLS certification required
• High School diploma or GED required; Associates/Technical degree preferred

Responsabilidades

• Provides assistance to the primary surgeon during a surgical procedure
• Prepares and positions the patient for surgery; assists in visualization of the operative field
• Maintains responsibility for routine clinical tasks of limited complexity in the OR
• Verifies availability of surgical equipment and supplies; drapes patient as needed
• Performs pre- and postoperative activities to facilitate patient care; ensures sterile technique
