Community Medical Center in Missoula, MT seeks a Certified Surgical First Assistant (CSFA) to join the operating room team. The role supports surgeons, CSTs, and OR staff under supervision to ensure safe, effective surgical procedures.

A 15,000 commitment-incentive bonus is offered with weekday, weekend, and holiday call rotation. The CSFA will assist with patient positioning, aseptic technique, tissue manipulation, hemostasis, and instrument handling, ensuring patient safety throughout

Qualifications

• Verbal, written, and computer skills required.
• Critical thinking and decisive judgment needed.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a high-stress environment.

Responsabilités

• Complete case carts.
• Communicate effectively with operating room staff.
• Prepare and set up the operating room.
• Maintain cleanliness and care of OR, core, and equipment.
• Monitor supplies and rotate outdates.
• Provide Weekday, weekend, and holiday call coverage.
