Job summary

Agiliti is seeking an Instrumentation Surgical Equipment Technician I in Davie, FL (Fort Lauderdale district) to repair surgical equipment and maintain apparatus readiness for patient care. The role requires a high school diploma, 1–2 years of repair experience, and ability to handle small parts and precision tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of repair experience.
• Able to sit, stand, lift and stoop; lift up to 20 lbs.
• Proficient with basic computer devices/systems.
• Familiar with small precision hand tools and testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, evaluate, test equipment and instruments.
• Disassemble/assemble equipment; replace defective parts as needed.
• Document all services and testing performed, including parts used.
• Maintain clean work area and meet Visual Workplace standards.
• Handle timecard/time off entry, review and submission.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
