The specialist coordinates hospital-wide educational initiatives, collaborates with leadership to meet clinical standards, and designs cost-effective training tailored to adult learners.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing or related field is required.
• RN or RRT license required.
• 2–5 years of experience; no supervisory experience required.
• Preferred: 5–10 years of experience and relevant certifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-departmental educational programs and resources.
• Create and assess continuing education, orientation, and professional development curricula.
• Partner with administration and clinical teams to develop education plans aligned with patient care and compliance standards.
• Analyze educational needs and measure the effectiveness of training activities.
• Design educational initiatives based on sound principles to support staff growth and patient outcomes.
