Job summary

CONMED is seeking a Sales Representative to join our Advanced Surgical sales force in Louisville, KY. You will drive new business and protect existing accounts by selling innovative surgical technology to OBGYN, colorectal, urology, and general surgery teams.

You will receive extensive hands-on training and ongoing development from Field Sales Trainers, with opportunities to grow within the organization. This is a high-performance, commission-based role with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 2+ years outside sales in medical device/B2B/healthcare preferred
• Candidates without a bachelor's degree must have 6+ years outside sales experience in medical device/B2B/healthcare
• Currently employed as a CONMED Associate Sales Representative or similar internal progression

Responsibilities

• Sell innovative technology to OBGYN, Colorectal, Urology, and General Surgery spaces
• Achieve new sales and maintain existing business
• Receive extensive hands‑on training and ongoing field support
• Pursue growth opportunities within the organization
