Job summary

CONMED seeks a Sales Representative to join our Advanced Surgical sales force. You will sell innovative medical devices to the OBGYN, colorectal, urology, and general surgery spaces to positively impact patient outcomes. Expect travel and comprehensive benefits with extensive training.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and outside sales experience; compensation includes uncapped commissions with OTE around $250,000 and rapid advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2+ years outside sales, preferably in medical devices.
• Experience with OR environments and surgical products is preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell CONMED AirSeal and related products to hospitals and surgeons.
• Develop and manage territory accounts; achieve quarterly targets.
• Collaborate with field trainers and support teams to drive adoption.
