Job summary

CONMED is seeking a Sales Representative to join our Advanced Surgical sales force. You will sell innovative technology to OBGYN, Colorectal, Urology, and General Surgery spaces, driving patient outcomes and growth.

You will receive extensive training and collaborate with Field Sales Trainers to develop your skills. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years outside sales experience (or 6+ years without a degree), ~20% travel, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + 2 years outside sales experience (medical device, B2B, or healthcare preferred)
• Candidates without a bachelor’s degree must have 6+ years of outside sales experience (medical device, B2B, or healthcare preferred)
• Currently employed as a CONMED Associate Sales Representative
• Approximately 20% travel
• Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to drive an automobile
• Preferred: Medical device or surgical sales experience
• Experience in operating room environments
• Knowledge of anatomy, surgical procedures, or clinical workflows
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities
