Job summary

Spine and Neuro Medical Device Company is seeking a results-oriented sales professional to drive adoption of surgical safety solutions. The role targets surgeons, OR teams, and hospital procurement, with daily field travel across the territory.

You will build relationships with surgeons, nurses, and admins, promote product benefits, and strive to meet and exceed sales targets. Base pay is $50–60K with uncapped commissions and a car allowance; full medical benefits and a 401K are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• 1–2 years B2B sales or light medical experience; no pharma.
• Must own a quota and have a track record of accomplishments.
• Proven ability to knock on doors, cold call, prospect and close new business.
• Ability to travel daily within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Calling on surgeons, material management and others in hospitals, ORs and surgery centers.
• Selling multiple products for patient safety and disposables used in surgery.
• Promote surgical safety solutions to existing and new customers.
• Build relationships with surgeons, nurses, directors, OR staff, and hospital admins.
• Achieve sales targets within the territory.
• Identify and prospect new customers in hospitals, medical centers, and clinics.
