Shared Practices Group seeks a Surgical Dental Assistant with 1-2 years of experience to join our fast-growing practices across the US. You will help establish back-office workflows, set up operatory space, and support doctors during procedures.

Ideal candidates bring knowledge of implants, All-on-Four and overdentures, and are proficient with CBCT imaging. We offer comprehensive benefits and career growth.

Qualifications

• Review patient histories, vital signs, and medications, notifying the doctor of concerns promptly.
• Set up and break down operatory equipment; ensure charting complies with standards.
• Assist the doctor chairside during surgical and dental procedures.
• Capture CBCT and panoramic images accurately.
• Educate patients on procedures and post-operative instructions.
• Clean and sterilize instruments; maintain rooms per infection control.
• Monitor inventory and assist front desk as needed.
