Job summary

OCLI Vision is seeking a Surgical Coordinator to guide patients through their surgical journey, coordinating scheduling, clearances, and pre/post-operative instructions. You will educate patients, collect insurance information, and maintain EMR documentation to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

The Opportunity

As a Surgical Coordinator, you'll guide patients through every step of their surgical journey by:

• Scheduling surgeries and managing changes
• Educating patients on procedures and pre-op instructions
• Collecting and documenting patient and insurance information
• Coordinating medical clearances
• Performing IOL measurements and clinical testing
• Maintaining accurate EMR documentation
• Collecting patient payments
• Supporting physicians and delivering an outstanding patient experience

This role requires standing, walking, and occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs.
