Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a highly organized Surgical Coordinator to manage our ophthalmology surgical bookings and schedules in a fast-paced clinical setting. This role involves coordinating procedures, communicating with patients and surgeons, and ensuring accurate records.

Typical hours are up to 40 per week, 8 AM to 5 PM, with light travel. Candidates should have medical terminology knowledge, EMR proficiency, and excellent multitasking and interpersonal skills.

Our established multi-specialty Ophthalmology group is seeking a highly organized and patient-focused Surgical Coordinator to manage our surgical bookings and schedules. • Efficient call handling: Manage surgical scheduling inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.

• Compliance & confidentiality: Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
