Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Surgical Clinical Reviewer to collect and submit accurate data for surgical registries. You will review charts, identify eligible patients, and coordinate data across hospital teams to drive quality improvements.

As a Registered Nurse with strong data skills, you will analyze trends, prepare presentations for quality committees, and support site visits and validations. The role emphasizes collaboration and independent work across the hospital.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse in Illinois.
• Bachelor degree required.
• 3+ years of relevant clinical experience.
• Strong planning, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with PC applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Understanding of statistics and data review.

Responsabilités

• Identify patients for registry inclusion per program protocol.
• Collect preoperative, operative and postoperative data through hospital systems.
• Contact patients/families to record postoperative data.
• Meet registry caseload accrual and follow-up requirements.
• Enter data accurately into the program’s website and meet deadlines.
• Lead or collaborate on quality improvement activities.
