Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, biomedical, business or marketing discipline.
• 1–2+ years of sales experience; medical sales is a plus.
• Valid driving license and access to a vehicle for work travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead year-on-year growth in the Cincinnati territory for GYN Surgical products.
• Sculpt strategic business plans, manage sales funnels, and forecast performance.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision makers and customers.
• Provide clinical expertise and technical support in surgery for NovaSure and MyoSure.
• Educate surgeons and nurses on product technology through case coverage.
• Collaborate with clinical, sales, service, and national accounts teams.
