Jefferson Healthcare seeks a full-time Registered Nurse - OR Circulator to join Surgical Services. You will advocate for patients, operate inside the OR, and support care from admission through recovery and discharge. A strong team orientation and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications include WA RN license, BLS/CPR, and ACLS or plan to obtain within 30 days. CNOR/BSN preferred, with PACU/ICU experience valued.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State RN license required.
• Current AHA BLS/CPR (Healthcare Provider) certification.
• 20 minutes on-call response time availability required.
• ACLS required or to be obtained within 30 days of employment.
• CNOR preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Circulating experience preferred.
• PACU/Med Surg/ICU/ED experience preferred.
• Endoscopy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as patient advocate and work inside the operating room to ensure patients receive the best possible care.
• Involved in all phases of patient care, from admission to recovery, including discharge to the inpatient floor.
• Provide support in OR and participate in safety and perioperative protocols.

As a Surgical Circulator, you will serve as a patient advocate and work inside the operating room to ensure that patients receive the best possible care. You will be involved in all phases of patient care, from admission to recovery, and even help in discharging patients or taking them to the inpatient floor.

Surgical Services at Jefferson Healthcare is a place like no other. Our team operates in a tight-knit work environment where we prioritize not only the well-being of our patients but also each other. We're open every weekday, and our team provides 24/7 call coverage after hours.

Our Surgical Services include a Pre-Op Clinic, a Surgical short-stay unit, 3 OR Suites, 1 Endoscopy Room, PACU, and Sterile Processing. All the instrumentation used in Jefferson Healthcare, including the OR, the hospital, and all the clinics, is sterilized in our facility. We offer a wide range of services, including General, Ortho, Urology, OBGYN, Endoscopy, and minor Cardiology procedures. On average, we perform over 100 surgeries and 60 endoscopies each month, as well as over a hundred total hip and knee replacements every year.
