Qualifications

• BLS and Advanced Life Support certification accredited by AHA required.
• One + year experience required in an intra-operative setting.
• Must be willing to obtain Radiology Technologist license within 90 days.

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse Operating Room Circulator provides nursing care and service during surgery cases. You will be responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case. Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for all age patients in the operating room. Provide care within nursing standards of practice and the policies of the Center. Make decisions regarding direct patient care needs and communicate appropriate information to physicians, patients, family members, and personnel in other departments as well as team members. May have additional responsibilities as designated by the Nurse Manager of the Operating Room and/or Director of Nursing, which include, but are not limited to, serving on committees, participating in quality improvement audits and projects.

Schedule

Pay Range: $35 - $55/hour depending on experience

Required Skills
