Job summary

Capital Health is seeking a registered nurse to provide patient-centered care across inpatient units. You will apply the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care while prioritizing safety and family involvement.

The role requires NJ RN licensure, an associate degree or higher in nursing, with BSN preferred, and certifications including BLS and ACLS/TNCC/ATCN with ongoing CNE requirements. This position is full-time and on-site at our Hopewell, NJ campuses.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or graduate from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• RN license in NJ or multi-state (NLC).
• ACLS/TNCC/ATCN certifications or ability to obtain within specified timeframes.
• NRP and PALS certifications or ability to obtain within required timelines.
• BLS/HCP certification required; strong clinical knowledge and judgment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers quality patient care as part of the nursing process.
• Maintains patient safety by following policies and procedures.
• Manages pain and comfort measures for patients and families.
• Participates in discharge planning and patient education.
• Collaborates with health care team to optimize outcomes and satisfaction.
