Job summary

Capital Health seeks a registered nurse to deliver comprehensive patient care through the nursing process in a collaborative team setting. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care while ensuring safety and high-quality outcomes.

The role requires an Associate's degree in Nursing with RN licensure; a BSN is preferred. Certifications (BLS) and additional trauma/critical care credentials may be required within the first year.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's degree or graduate from an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred.
• Experience: None. Previous nursing experience preferred.
• Credentials: AHA BLS - Healthcare Provider, RN – NJ or RN – NLC multi-state

Responsibilities

• Delivers quality care to patients through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Assures patient safety by executing policies and procedures.
• Provides pain management and patient education; supports discharge planning and family counseling.
• Participates in performance improvement activities and regulatory readiness.
