Qualifications

• Experience using eClinical Works required.
• Minimum 1-year healthcare experience required, Pain Management preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Individuals who speak Spanish, Korean, or Vietnamese as a second language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pull EMR reports and input data into Excel sheets to track complex procedures ordered by a physician.
• Communicate patient financial responsibilities for procedures.
• Answer basic patient inquiries related to procedures.
• Coordinate psych evaluations for patients where physicians ordered a complex surgical procedure and upload results to EMR.
• Add patients to surgery schedule within EMR (eClinicalWorks).
• Communicate with all relevant team members about approved and scheduled procedures, noting status updates within EMR and Excel tracking sheets.
• Coordinate process if patients need replacement equipment for stimulators.
