Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in a dynamic surgical center environment in High Point, North Carolina. The role supports multidisciplinary teams and uses the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for diverse patient populations.

The successful candidate will have completed an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred) and hold NC RN licensure; ACLS/BCLS are required within 1 year of hire depending on unit.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Registered Nurse licensure in North Carolina.
• ACLS/BCLS required within 1 year of hire where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient/family centered care using the nursing process.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment with privacy and respect.
• Utilize technology and equipment to enhance patient and staff safety.
• Communicate effectively across the continuum of care.
