Job summary

Concord Hospital Health System is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant to provide direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse. The role requires completing LNA education and NH licensure, plus BLS certification, with strong teamwork and documentation skills.

The position involves assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring patient status, and maintaining safe, clean care areas on the unit.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
LNA Education Certificate and Final Report of Written and Clinical Competency Testing results required by NH Board of Nursing.
Current American Heart Association BLS certification; LNA license in New Hampshire.

Responsibilities

Performs activities of daily living and personal care under RN supervision.
Performs technical skills related to physical, mental health, and social needs under RN guidance.
Documents care and reports patient observations to the RN.
Demonstrates safe patient handling and time management.
Maintains clean, safe patient care areas and supplies.
Receives delegated work following the five rights of delegation.
Performs other duties and serves as a preceptor for new employees.
