- Assist with equipment selection, setup, and positioning; provide retraction and hemostasis as needed.
- Perform preoperative and postoperative duties to support patient care.
- Demonstrates clinical/technical skills across 3 surgical specialties and participates in quality improvement.
- Assist with orientation and education for Surgical Assistant students and interns.
