Responsibilities

Assist with operating room setup, ensuring instruments and equipment are sterile.
Prepare and position patients for surgery according to protocols.
Pass instruments to the team and maintain aseptic technique during procedures.
Maintain sterile field and support infection prevention during surgery.
Handle room turnover and readiness between cases.
Monitor patient safety and comfort during preparation and recovery.
