Paradigm Oral Surgery is seeking an Oral Surgeon Surgical Assistant to support surgeons with precision, document patient care, and maintain sterile environments. You will participate in preoperative tasks, monitor patient status, and help manage advanced equipment while obtaining radiographs and crafting detailed patient narratives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS Certification (or within 1 month of hire).
• Strong teamwork and independent work capabilities with good judgment.
• Attention to safety and detail; vigilant and meticulous.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Excellent manual dexterity and listening skills, especially in emergencies.

Required Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• BLS Certification (or completed within 1 month of hire)
• Strong teamwork and independent work capabilities, demonstrating good judgment and critical thinking.
• Passion for ensuring safety and exceptional attention to detail, vigilance, and meticulousness.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Excellent manual dexterity and superior listening skills, especially in emergency scenarios.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous oral surgery experience is beneficial.
• DAANCE certification is desirable.
• Licensed dental assistant status is preferred.
