Job summary

Paradigm Oral Health in Boston is seeking a Surgical Assistant for our oral surgery team. The in-office role focuses on assisting surgeons with precision, documenting patient care, and maintaining sterile environments throughout procedures.

You will participate in preoperative tasks, monitor patient status, operate advanced equipment, and obtain radiographs to craft detailed patient narratives for continued care and coordination with referring dentists.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • BLS Certification (or completed within 1 month of hire).
  • Strong teamwork and independent work capabilities, demonstrating good judgment and critical thinking.
  • Passion for ensuring safety and exceptional attention to detail, vigilance, and meticulousness.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Excellent manual dexterity and superior listening skills, especially in emergency scenarios.

Required Qualifications:
