Position Summary: We seek a dedicated and detail-oriented Surgical Assistant to join our team at Shroyer Oral Surgery & Dental Implants in Arlington, Texas. The role involves supporting oral surgeons to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional patient care throughout the surgical process.

Responsibilities include preoperative preparation, intraoperative assistance, postoperative care, patient communication, radiography, infection control, record keeping, and inventory management.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent (dental assistant training preferred), current CPR/BLS certification, at least 1 year of surgical or dental assisting experience, proficiency with EMR systems and radiography, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.

Working Conditions: The role is based in a clinical setting, requiring standing for extended hours, physical ability to lift supplies, and maintaining a sterile environment. It is a full-time position with benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
