Job summary

Licking Memorial Health Systems (LMHS) is actively seeking a Hemodynamic Technician in Surgery to troubleshoot anesthesia equipment and assist with pre-procedure blocks, scrubbing in to support procedures. This position offers training and participates in a call rotation including evenings, holidays, and weekends.

Under the director of surgical services, you will ensure patient safety, proper room setup, and collaboration with hospital staff and teams across departments to deliver high-quality

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement, high school diploma or GED.
• Maintain CPR certification (HCP).
• Basic technical skills to provide equipment troubleshooting support within Anesthesia.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot anesthesia equipment.
• Provide proper surgery positioning of patient.
• Scrub in to assist with procedures on call and on weekends.
• Assist with setting up A-lines and pre-procedure blocks.
• Assist with the induction of children.
• Properly clean rooms.
• Order and stock supplies.
• Transporting patients to and from the inpatient unit.
• Effectively interact with hospital staff, offices, patients, families and guests.
