Qualifications

• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• 2 years of clinical experience in an accredited hospital with operating room or as an Anesthesia Technician. Completion of Anesthesia Technology Degree can substitute for 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation and setup of anesthesia equipment and supplies for each surgical case.
• Connect monitoring lines and prepare infusion sets.
• Operate common physiological monitors.
• Apply several specialized tests.
• May provide limited patient care by prepping and opening supplies before surgery.
