Job summary

Riverview Health in Noblesville, IN seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to work with general surgeons in the OR and assist other surgeons as needed. You will deliver comprehensive care within a multidisciplinary team, emphasizing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment across acute and chronic conditions.

Requirements include advanced nursing or PA degrees with Indiana licensure and hospital/clinic experience.

Qualifications

• Indiana NP or PA licensure required.
• Masters degree in nursing or PA studies.
• Experience in hospital or physician practice settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prescribe and regulate medications per written collaborative agreement.
• Apply extensive knowledge of assessment, differential diagnosis, and pharmacology to patient care.
• Demonstrate infection prevention and use of medical equipment safely.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team and manage assignments and time.
• Conduct comprehensive or episodic health assessments of patients and families.
• Establish medical diagnoses; order/evaluate diagnostics and manage follow-up plans.
• Act as a resource and contribute to staff education and research ideas.
• Other duties as assigned.
