Job description

We are hiring a Perm - Physician - Surgery Vascular for a permanent position in Findlay, OH!

Job details:

• Start Date: As soon as credentialed
• Practice Setting: Community-based program with academic affiliation.
• Schedule: 2 clinic days and 3 procedural days per week. Take 10 night/weekend call shifts per month (does not include daytime coverage)

Required Procedures:

• Abdominal and thoracic aneurysms
• Carotid artery disease
• Hemodialysis access
• Peripheral vascular disease
• Limb salvage

Job Requirements:

• TRULY Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility with plans to test) or Board Certified in Vascular Surgery REQUIRED
• OH license (or willing to obtain) REQUIRED
• Clean malpractice and license REQUIRED

• Base salary:

$500,000 (0 3 years of experience)

$550,000 (4 6 years)

$600,000 (7+ years)

• Up to $75,000 annual bonus based on performance metrics
• $50,000 one-time signing bonus
