An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Vascular Surgeon to lead a community-focused vascular program in North Central Ohio. North Central Ohio is calling? We are hiring a Vascular Surgeon help shape a high-quality, community-focused vascular program!
Job Details:
Start Date: As soon as credentialing is complete
Schedule: 2 clinic days, 3 procedural/surgical days
Call schedule: Take 10 night/weekend call shifts per month (does not include daytime coverage). C all responsibilities shared with a PRN vascular surgeon, A vascular surgery APP, and An OSU vascular surgeon (phone support only)
Procedures: A dvanced vascular surgical care, including Abdominal and thoracic aneurysmal disease, Carotid artery disease, Hemodialysis access, Peripheral vascular disease and limb salvage.
Perform both open and endovascular procedures
Supervise advanced practice provider(s) involved in vascular care delivery.
Participate in the development and future expansion of the program, including, Recruitment of an additional vascular surgeon and APP by end of 2027 and Transition to a hybrid operating room (construction planned to complete by 2027)

Stress Echo, DOBUTamine Stress Echo
Cardiolite Treadmill Stress Test, Lexiscan Cardiolite Stress Test, Treadmill EKG Stress Test
EKG, Transesophageal echocardiogram (TEE)
Cardiac Catheterization, Vascular Testing, Cardiac Rehabilitation
Nuclear Medicine, Emergency Cardiac Care
Job Requirements:
TRULY Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility with plans to test) or Board Certified in Vascular Surgery
OH license (or willing to obtain)
Clean malpractice and license
What our client has to offer:
Base salary starting at $500,000 for 0 3 years of experience
Base salary of $550,000 for 4 6 years of experience
Base salary of $600,000 for 7 or more years of experience
Potential to earn annual bonus up to $75K
One-time signing bonus of $50,000
Relocation stipend up to $15,000
176 hours of vacation time per year with a 240-hour carryover limit
120 hours of sick time accrued annually
11 paid holidays per year (8-hour days)
$7,500 annual CME allowance
401k and 403b tax-deferred retirement plan options
$3000 referral bonus
