Job Summary:

HCA Houston Healthcare is seeking to recruit a cardiothoracic surgeon for an employment opportunity in the southeast Houston suburb of Clear Lake.

The new cardiothoracic surgeon will join a team of supportive and collaborative providers who take a team approach to patient coverage and care.

Preference will be given to candidates with strong thoracic interests, as HCA Clear Lake aims to develop its thoracic service line for the community.

Qualified Candidates:

• Board certified in thoracic surgery.
• Interest in performing both cardiac and thoracic procedures (approximately 60-70% thoracic and 30-40% cardiac).
• Robotics experience in thoracic procedures is required.
• Capable of handling complex cases independently.
• Ability to obtain or maintain an active Texas medical license in good standing.
