Qualifications

• Successful completion of the EANM Insurance Test.
• CCOA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily surgery scheduling operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Eye Associates policies.
• Provide on-site supervision for surgery scheduling staff.
• Coordinate with surgeons and staff to meet scheduling needs and minimize delays.
• Resolve escalated scheduling issues, last-minute changes, and patient concerns.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and staff training.
• Maintain supplies and liaise with vendors for scheduling tools and materials.
