Coordinates the scheduling of elective and urgent procedures, including private and service cases, while ensuring alignment with surgery and cystoscopy schedules. Arranges pre-admission and pre-procedure testing in accordance with departmental and hospital guidelines and communicates critical patient and procedural information to appropriate departments such as Bed Assignment, Specialty Coordinators, and Pre-Surgical Services. Maintains accurate documentation of physician concerns and scheduling issues, including instances when provider preferences cannot be accommodated, while serving as a key liaison to support efficient patient flow and seamless procedural coordination.
