Job summary

TriHealth is seeking a Unit Coordinator for Pre-Surgical Services at the Bethesda North Hospital in Montgomery, OH. The part-time day shift covers 6:30am–7:00pm with every 3rd weekend and holiday rotation, supporting patient flow, medication handling, and unit operations.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and can operate office equipment with solid computer skills, along with strong communication to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Communicates effectively with patients, families, staff, and other departments while maintaining confidentiality.

  • Prioritizes tasks effectively and handles work demands appropriately.
  • Retrieves and secures medications from the tube system correctly.
  • Responds appropriately to emergency situations and follows related policies and procedures.
  • Maintains proficiency in unit-specific computer applications and equipment operations.

Location:

Work Schedule:
  • Part Time Days - (48 hours bi-weekly)
  • 6:30am - 7:00pm
  • Every 3rd weekend rotation
  • Holiday rotation
