Qualifications

• Must have at least TWO YEARS direct experience with scheduling surgeries.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance verification and estimates.

Responsibilities

• Schedule surgeries and maintain the master calendar coordinating with doctors, anesthesia, lab and carriers.
• Verify patient insurance benefits and determine pre-certification requirements.
• Communicate with patients regarding out-of-pocket costs and collect necessary payments.
• Enter patient information and insurance coverage into the system and attach supporting documents.
