Qualifications

• Two years of direct experience scheduling surgeries.
• Minimum two years of experience in insurance verification and estimates.
• High school education or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Schedule surgeries and coordinate with doctors, anesthesia, and labs.
• Verify patient insurance benefits and pre-certification requirements.
• Enter patient information into the patient accounting system.
• Communicate with patients about out-of-pocket expenses and payments.
• Gather chart information and ensure proper documentation.
