Job summary

Texas Endoscopy (Plano Endo-East) is seeking a Scheduler to join USPI's Plano team. You will maintain the daily surgery schedule, verify benefits, and provide patient estimates, coordinating with doctors' offices and OR staff.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1+ years in healthcare reception, and strong communication skills. Experience with insurance verification and scheduling, plus basic computer/office skills, is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of receptionist experience in healthcare.
• Experience in insurance verification / scheduling.
• Ability to operate typical office equipment.
• Medical terminology and computer experience beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily surgery schedule and all scheduling processes.
• Strategize, problem solve, and ensure high levels of customer service across doctors' offices and OR staff.
• Perform benefits verification and provide patient estimates.
