Busy and successful Oculofacial Surgery and Cosmetics Practice is seeking a friendly and outgoing individual with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to get along with others to serve as part of its Surgery Scheduling team. Proven dependability and ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment are most important.

This position will be responsible for scheduling all functional and cosmetic surgeries for the practice by performing the following tasks:

• Regular follow-up on pending cases and contacting patients to discuss scheduling status.
• Schedule all procedures and coordinate regularly with the surgery center.
• Maintain professional and open communication with the patients and clinical staff to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain professional and clear communication with the facility staff and physicians, at which surgeries are scheduled.

Applicants must have:

• A minimum of one year of medical scheduling experience
• Outgoing and friendly personality
