Responsibilities

• Coordinate inpatient and outpatient surgeries, procedures, testing, and follow-up care.

• Verify insurance eligibility, obtain prior authorizations, and coordinate pre-certifications.
• Work with physicians, staff, and facilities to ensure documentation and requirements are complete.
• Educate patients on scheduling, pre-admission, pre-operative testing, and post-operative care.
• Communicate scheduling updates and act as primary contact for patients.
• Coordinate physician orders, prescriptions, labs, and pre-op requirements.
• Maintain accurate patient records for coding, billing, and regulatory compliance.

Compensation Range for this position:$17.98 - $26.97 Compensation for this role will be based on several factors, including the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, education, skills, certifications, geography/market, and internal equity considerations.
