Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish (spoken and written) is required.
• Prior surgery scheduling experience is required.
• Experience working in a medical office using EMR/EHR.

• Must be able to provide two professional references.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route incoming calls professionally; provide excellent patient/customer service.
• Schedule procedures/surgeries and coordinate related appointments.

Type: Full time, Contract-to-Hire Pay: $26.00-$32.00/hr (DOE) Location: On-site - Irvine, CA & Laguna Woods, CA Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
