Job summary

Surgery Scheduler

RN or LPN

This is a great opportunity for a nurse who enjoys patient interaction, organization, and coordinating care with patients, physician teams and surgical facilities behind the scenes. This position helps patients prepare for surgery by providing education, scheduling appointments, coordinating testing and medical clearances, and ensuring everything is in place before the procedure.

Keys to success in this role include:

• Great attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of OR procedures and instrumentation (preferred)
• ER or surgical experience (helpful but not required)
