Job summary

Opalaska is seeking a Surgery Scheduler in Anchorage, Alaska, to efficiently manage surgical appointments. Salary Range: 19.00-30.00 hourly

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

Your Role at OPA:

As a Surgery Scheduler at OPA you will greatly contribute to the team by ensuring patient surgical needs by working collaboratively to ensure patients are scheduled for surgical appointments.

What You’ll Do:

• Primarily works with surgeons, medical staff, and patients to obtain a surgery date and schedule all components of surgery
• Answer patient calls and follow up with patients
• Able to handle multiple interruptions during the day while maintaining a high volume of surgery orders
